We accept all forms of creative work from Yale health professions students, residents, faculty, and employees, and we are willing to consider health and medicine themed writings from other members of the Yale community.
We look forward to receiving your submissions.
Submission Format:
Please submit your writings as attachments in Microsoft Word format. Please submit your photos in JPG format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi or by uploading them to Flickr at full resolution and providing us the link to download them, ensuring that proper permission for downloading is granted. Please submit your videos and music by uploading them to Youtube or Vimeo and providing us with a link to the content and permission to download it.
Additional Information To Include with Submission:
Please include your full name, school, and class year or position. Anonymous submissions are also accepted.
You are welcome to provide any additional information you think will be relevant for us to know.
Copyright Policy:
If accepted for publication, the authors will still own copy rights to the work but will transfer limited rights to Murmurs. Specifically, the author grants to Murmurs exclusive first publication rights in the Work, and further grants a non-exclusive license for other uses of the Work for the duration of its copyright in all languages, throughout the world, in all media. Readers of this article may copy it without the copyright owner's permission, if the author and publisher are acknowledged in the copy and copy is used for educational, not-for-profit purposes.
